1. Who we are
Abundance in Life ("we", "us", "our") is operated by PV Services (ABN 25 396 133 726). These Terms govern your use of abundancein.life (the "Site") and any course, program, digital product or service purchased through it ("Products").
2. Accounts
You must create an account to purchase or access a Product. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use; sharing login credentials to give access to someone who hasn't purchased is not permitted, and we reserve the right to restrict an account used this way.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in USD and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Promotional/discount codes are subject to their own stated terms (redemption limits, expiry) and may be withdrawn at any time before use.
4. Access to Products
On successful payment, you receive access to the Product as described on its sales page (e.g. course content, downloadable material, community access). Access is personal to you and non-transferable. We may update, improve or reorganise course content over time; the substance of what you purchased won't be materially reduced without notice.
5. Refunds
See the Refund Policy section below — it forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute Product content; reverse-engineer or scrape the Site; use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent access controls or payment.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, written content, audio, video, branding and site design are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. See Copyright & Trademark. Purchasing a Product grants you a personal licence to use it — it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute.
8. Not professional advice
See the Health & Coaching Disclaimer below — it forms part of these Terms and applies to all Products.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The content, courses, coaching, meditations and audio products offered through Abundance in Life (including but not limited to the 7-Day Abundance Challenge, Clear the Block, and Soul Frequency) are provided for general educational, motivational and personal-development purposes only.

Because our courses are digital and access begins immediately, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, including where a course turns out not to suit you, unless required by law.
