Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, password (stored securely, never in plain text)
• Purchase and payment records via Stripe — we see your name, email and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number
• Course activity: progress, journal entries, and other content you create within the Site
• Email engagement, if you're subscribed to our newsletter (via Resend)

2. How we use it

• To give you access to what you've purchased and operate your account
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, password reset, course updates)
• To send marketing/newsletter emails, only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
• To respond to support requests and resolve billing or access problems
• To improve the Site and Products

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with the third-party services that run the Site:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored with Supabase's hosting region (Oceania / Sydney). We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to what we're legally required to retain, e.g. payment records for tax purposes). Contact support@abundancein.life to make a request.

6. Cookies

This site itself sets no cookies. Confirmed at the browser level (document.cookie is empty) and the server level (no Set-Cookie header on any response). Your login session is kept in your browser's local storage instead of a cookie — functionally similar (it keeps you signed in) but not sent automatically to any server the way a cookie is. Google Fonts, used for site typography, does not set cookies. When you go to pay, you're taken to Stripe's own checkout page (checkout.stripe.com), which does set its own cookies there for fraud prevention and its "Link" saved-payment feature — those are Stripe's cookies on Stripe's domain, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, not something this Site sets.

7. Children

The Site and Products are not directed at, and not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be flagged on the Site.
