Why can't so many people break free from the loop their past has built around them?
It isn't because they're not talented. It isn't because they're not trying. I've watched people read every book, listen to every course, chase every piece of inspiration they can find — and still, somehow, end up back exactly where they started. If you've ever felt that way yourself, I want you to know something before we go any further: it was never a lack of effort. Something else has been running the show, quietly, underneath all that trying.
There's a pattern, and once you see it, you'll start noticing it everywhere — not just in yourself, but in almost everyone around you. It has a name. It was first described in 1968, by a psychiatrist named Dr. Stephen Karpman, and it's called the Drama Triangle. Decades later, it's still one of the clearest, most useful maps I know for understanding why people stay stuck, no matter how much they read, learn, or genuinely want to change.
This is a preview of Day 2. The full lesson continues with the three roles of the Drama Triangle, a diagram to help you spot them, and a guided practice for noticing your own pattern — plus all 7 days, the video for each, and Soul Frequency.
